How are our tees made?
We offer the highest quality plastisol transfers on the market. Plastisol is what screen print ink is made of. If you are familiar with the screen print process that is exactly what our prints are but instead of printing on a shirt and run through a dryer they are printed on a special heat release paper that is then applied with a commercial heat press that reactivates the ink. We have even been told by several people that our ink is even better than traditional screen print ink. If you ever would like to test the quality before you buy runs, we are more than happy to sell singles, but only for this purpose. 
We also offer sublimation which is a special process of dying the shirt.

What is our minimum?
We keep our minimum low (six tees, total) to allow boutiques of all sizes the ability to purchase from us. However, we trust that this is not being taken advantage of for personal use. We understand that everyone buys a tee for themselves now and then, but we prefer to keep personal buying to a minimum. Our six tees total can be a mix of any designs and sizes. You get to choose!

What is your turnaround time?
As of 10/19 our turnaround times are 8-10 business days. During rush times this is subject to change. We are always upfront about our turnaround times

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if any rules are broken. Our designs are protected and we fiercely protect our designs and brands, not only to protect our hard work but to keep our designs fresh and new for you to bring the best to your customers. 

Refunds are given only within 3 business days of receiving your order and only for damaged or defective products. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. We have a no cancellation policy, as soon as your order is placed, it goes into production.

Please be sure to double check that your address is correct on your invoice. 

If there are any issues with your order or a package is lost with your chosen carrier, please let us know ASAP so we can get a replacement order to you as quickly as we can. Be sure to document any damages with photos to submit to USPS.
