1. Only one customer per order. If you need multiple tees drop shipped to multiple customers, please place the orders all separately.
2. The shipping address must be your customer's address. We cannot manually go in and change the address after the order is placed, so please double check before you submit that you have your customer's address and that it is correct. We cannot take responsibility for wrong addresses.
3. All orders will be steamed and retail ready when shipped to your customer. We will not include any wholesale pricing information to your customer.
4. If there is an issue with an order- hole in tee, damaged package, etc we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
5. We will ship all drop ship orders within one to three business days. If a certain tee is out of stock with us and we need to order from our blanks vendor, we will notify you within 24 hours so you can notify your customer, or we will offer the closest replacement. Some sizes such as XS, 3X, 4X tend to come from the West Coast which might add an additional business day or two to get to us.
